摘    要:研究不同影响因素(竹粉比例、干燥时间、NaOH浓度、模塑粉细度)对三聚氰胺甲醛树脂模塑料的影响,通过测试力学性能、流动性、挥发分、模塑收缩率、耐沸水性、吸水性,得出竹粉比例为50%、干燥时间6h、NaOH浓度10%、模塑粉细度100目时,制得的试件性能较好。

Abstract:The effect of different influential factors (bamboo powder ratio, drying time, NaOH density, fineness of moulding powder) on melamine formaldehyde moulding materials is studied. The test of mechanical property, fluidity, volatile component, shrinking percentage, boiling water resistance and water-absorbing quality shows that the test piece can obtain good performance in the case of 50%bamboo powder ratio, 6-hour drying time, 10%NaOH density and 100-mesh power fineness.
