摘    要:目的]研究立体栽培对三叶青植株生长的影响。方法]针对三叶青大田平作栽培生长后期茎蔓匍匐在地、重叠郁蔽严重,导致位于下层的茎叶提前衰败死亡而严重影响生长的问题,借鉴立体农业的栽培技术原理,设计立体、平作等栽培模式试验,研究采用立体栽培技术对三叶青的生长效应。结果]采用立体限根栽培技术能有效改善三叶青田间通风、透气、透光条件,显著提高植株抗病性,降低根腐病发病率,减少死苗率,提高三叶青地下块根产量和品质。结论]立体限根栽培对降低三叶青病害、提高植株生长、提高单株产量具有很好的促进效果。

Effects of Stereoscopic Clutivation on Growth of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg.
Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of stereoscopic cultivation on growth of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum.Method]For the late growth period of Tetrastigma hemsleyna um in conventional flat planting pattern,the stem vines creep to the ground and leaves were over-lapping,which caused the stems and leaves in the lower layer to fall prematurely and seriously affected the growth.Learn from the cultivation tech-nical principle of three-dimensional agriculture,the effects of three-dimensional cultivation techniques on the growth of Tetrastigmah emsleyanum was studied by the design of three-dimensional,flat cultivation and other cultivation mode test. Result] The stereoscopic root-limited cultivation technique could effectively improve the ventilation,air permeability and light-transmitting conditions in the field of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum, sig-nificantly improved the disease resistance,decreased incidence of root rot,reduced the seedling death rate and increase the yield and quality of underground tuberous root of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum.Conclusion]Stereotyped root cultivation has a good effect on reducing the disease of Tet-rastigma hemsleyanum,improving the plant growth and improving the yield per plant.
