Drainobag真空高负压引流瓶在94例骨科手术中应用的临床观察

目的:观察Drainobag真空高负压引流瓶在骨科手术中的临床效果。方法:将180例骨科手术患者随机分为实验组(94例)和对照组(86例),实验组采用Drainobag真空高负压引流瓶引流,对照组采用普通负压吸引球引流。术后对2组的引流量、引流时间、拔管前更换敷料的次数、术后4d体温变化、感染率、创口愈合情况、抗生素应用天数及住院天数进行比较。结果:实验组术后总引流量、引流时间、拔管前更换敷料的次数、术后4d的平均体温、抗生素应用天数及住院天数均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。对照组术后5例出现创口感染,8例发生创口延迟愈合,而实验组无1例发生。结论:Drainobag真空高负压引流瓶引流效果好,可预防创口感染、促进创口愈合及减轻医护人员工作量,节省住院费用,便于术后早期功能锻炼。

Clinical Observation on 94 Patients Using Drainobag High Vacuum Drainage Following Orthopedic Operation

Objective: To explore the clinical effects of Drainobag high vacuum drainages after orthopedic operation. Methods: 180 orthopedic operation patients were randomly divided into two groups: a treatment group (94 cases) treated by Drainobag high vacuum drainage systems and a control group(86 cases) treated by low negative pressure bumps. We compared the total volume and duration of drainage after operation,the average body temperature in early stage,the frequency of changing dressings before extubation,infection rate or delayed healing of wound,and the average days of using antibiotic and hospitalization. Results: The total volume and duration of drainage after operation,the average value of body temperature in early stage,the frequency of changing dressings before extubation,the average days using antibiotic and hospitalization in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). In the control group,there were 5 observations of wound infection,and 8 observations of delayed healing of wound. In the treatment group,we found no such observation.Conclusions: Drainobag high vacuum drainage systems can ensure highly effective drainage,prevent infection and promote healing. It can reduce workload and medical cost. At the same time,patient can also do functional exercise as early as possible.
