| 摘 要： | 采用不同显微镜和染料对蓝猪耳(Torenia fournieri Lind.)胚囊结构进行了比较观察。结果表明,Leica DM5000B显微镜和Leica DMI4000B荧光显微镜不适合观察、拍摄胚囊超微结构,Leica DMRXA显微镜基本符合要求,激光共聚焦显微镜效果最好。普通显微镜下即可观察到未染色材料的胚囊,染色后效果更佳。爱氏苏木精染色,胚囊着色浅且不均匀;曙红Y染色,需在荧光显微镜下观察、拍照。荧光染料(DAPI、鬼笔环肽、碘化丙啶和罗丹明)染色后,采用荧光显微镜或激光共聚焦显微镜观察胚囊结构特征,效果良好。
