青海石鸡血清淀粉酶同工酶酶谱及其活性研究

摘    要:目的]为青海石鸡的生化遗传学研究提供基础资料。方法]采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳法对39只青海石鸡血清淀粉酶同工酶酶谱进行研究.并利用比色法对其淀粉酶活性进行测定。结果]青海石鸡血清淀粉酶有Amy—1,Amy一32种同工酶,其中Amy-1有AA、AB和BB3种表型,表型频率分别为17.95%、66.67%、15.38%;AB为优势表型,Amy一1A和amy-1B等位基因频率分别为0.5128和0.4872,基因杂合度为0.4997;青海石鸡血清淀粉酶活性为(566.62±112.20)U/L。结论]青海石鸡Amy一1同工酶呈现多态性。Amy.1AB表型的血清淀粉酶活性显著高于Amy-1AA和Amy一1BB表型。
