| 摘 要： | 对电位滴定法测定苏氨酸含量的不确定度进行了评定，分析和量化了影响测定结果的不确定度分量，将不确定度分量合成，得到苏氨酸含量的扩展不确定度为0．2％。

| Abstract: | The uncertainty in determination of threonine was evaluated according to the method on potentiometric titration. The components of uncertainty were analyzed, quantified and composed. The expanded uncertainty of threonine is 0. 2%. |
