摘    要:目的]为加快秦川肉牛肉用新品种的选育进程。方法]根据秦川牛育种目标性状,采用PCR-SSCP技术分析了21个基因的多态性,找到了4个与秦川肉牛肉用性状紧密连锁的分子标记,初步确定了影响秦川肉牛肉用性状的主要功能基因,并进一步将分子育种技术和常规育种技术紧密结合,应用于秦川肉牛早期选种。结果]通过育种核心群多育种目标性状相比,生长发育性状的遗传进展最快,其次为繁殖性状和胴体性状,结论]明显提高了育种工作的效率和准确性。

Abstract:【Objective】 The purpose was to set up the breeding progress of new beef breed in Qinchuan Cattle.【Method】Based on Qinchuan breeding objective traits,21 genes' polymorphisms were analyzed by PCR-SSCP.The results showed that four genes' molecular markers were closely linked with Qinchuan beef meat traits and main genes affecting beef meat quality of Qinchuan cattle were determined.Further more,the molecular breeding technology and conventional breeding techniques were closely applied to beef cattle in early stage of breeding selection.【Result】By compared with the multi breeding objective of the core population,growth and development traits got the fastest genetic progress,then followed by reproductive traits and carcass traits.【Conclusion】 In summary,molecular techniques combined with traditional breeding could significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of breeding,and speed up the breeding process of new Qinchuan cattle breed.
