落叶松胶合板生产技术可行性研究

落叶松资源丰富、蓄积量大,发展落叶松胶合板生产是扩大胶合板用材的重要途径。但是用落叶松制造胶合板生产技术上是否可行,人们说法不一。本文旨在于从落叶松构造与材性、落叶松胶合板生产技术的科学研究,并通过对现有小规模落叶松胶合板厂生产状态的分析,进而阐明落叶松胶合板生产技术的可行性。落叶松构造和材性有许多方面适合于作胶板用材,其不利因素在合理的生产工艺条件下是可以改变的;通过研究和试验,已经找出了正确合理的落叶松胶合板生产工艺条件;国内已经有比较成熟的生产经验,国外也有较多同属落叶松胶合板生产成熟经验可供参考与借鉴;落叶松胶合板生产的经济效益和社会效益也是明显的。

PROBABILITY OF PROCESSING LARCH PLYWOOD

It is the important way for enlarge material of processing plywood to use larch wood because it is rich in resources, and in standing stock. But the technique for processing larch plywood is a problem. From analyzing the structure and property of larch wood, present production state of small-scale larch plywood factory, results show that the larch structure and property is suitable for plywood, some unsuitable factors can be admitted by reasonable production techniques. The experience of processing larch plywood at home and abroad can be learnt, however,the economic and social benefits to processing larch plywood is apparent.
