| 摘 要： | 在社会主义新农村建设背景下，相对传统农民，新型农民具有新的内涵，新型农民的大多数已逐步转变为现代产业工人。新型农民是农民群体中先锋队，是建设社会主义新农村的主力军。本文研究了通过扩大增量资源，激活存量资源，大力培养新型农民的若干对策。

| Abstract: | On the background of building a new socialist countryside, the meaning of ＂new farmer＂ has another intension. Most of the new farmers have gradually transformed into modern industrial workers. New farmers are pioneers of farmers, and main force to build a new socialist countryside. Accordingly the countermeasures to bring up new farmers by means of enlarging increment resource are proposed. |
