| 摘 要： | 海水鱼类育苗过程中常用到消毒剂,本文以高体(鱼师)(Seriola dumerili)受精卵为材料,以孵化率为指标,试验了宝碘、次氯酸钠、过氧化氢和苯扎溴铵等四种消毒剂在不同剂量下对鱼卵的毒性,这四种消毒剂在25℃处理15min的半致死浓度(LC_(50))分别是:9.7ppm,1.9ppm,707.95μL/L,10μL/L。
