高酰基结冷胶工艺研究

摘    要:以发酵液絮凝pH值、醇洗脱色pH值、干燥温度为因素,选用L9(34)正交试验,通过对产品的主要性能检测及正交分析,研究高酰基结冷胶生产工艺,得出最佳工艺参数。结果表明,最佳工艺参数为:絮凝pH值1.0,脱色pH值7.0,干燥温度85℃。该生产工艺可为高酰基结冷胶生产及检测提供参考。

Abstract:Taking fermented liquid flocculation pH value,alcohol wash decolor pH value, drying temperature for factors, L9 ( 34 ) orthogonal test was employed ,through detection and orthogonal analysis on the main performance of the products,optimal processing parameters were obtained.The results showed that:optimum technology parameters were:fiocculation pH value 1.0, decoloring pH value 7.0, drying temperature 85℃. and it could provide the reference for high acyl gellan gum production and test.
