| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济快速发展和城市化进程的加快,我国房地产业进入了快速发展时期,这就需要足够数量的复合型、创新型、应用型房地产专业人才。因此,通过分析房地产人才需求的发展趋势和目前房地产专业人才培养模式中存在的问题,提出新形势下高校房地产专业人才培养模式改革和重新构建的对策建议。

| Abstract: | With China＇s rapid economic development and the accelerated process of urbanization,China＇s real estate industry has entered rapid growth period,which requires a sufficient number of complex,innovative,application-oriented real estate professionals,so by analyzing the trends of demand for real estate professionals and the problems of current training model of the real estate professional,the training mode of university real estate professional need reform and rebuild under the new situation. |
