施氮量对优质常规籼稻稻米品质的影响

摘    要:为探讨施氮量对优质常规籼稻稻米品质的影响,以桂香18、桂育12、桂育9号、桂育11号、桂育18和桂育8号为材料,在4种不同施氮量下分析稻米品质指标。结果表明,糙米率和整精米率随施氮量的增加呈先升后降的趋势,供试品种在施氮150.0kg/hm2时其值较高;垩白粒率和垩白度随施氮量的增加而降低,供试品种在施氮150.0或187.5kg/hm2时其值较低,且在施氮150.0和187.5kg/hm2时,粒长和长宽比差异不显著;随施氮量的增加,直链淀粉含量呈上升趋势,蛋白质含量显著升高,供试品种在施氮150kg/hm2时直链淀粉含量均达到优质一等。综上,在本试验条件下,150kg/hm2是实现供试品种稻米品质较优的最适施氮量。

Abstract:In order to investigate the effects of nitrogen application rate on conventional indica rice quality, Guixiang 18, Guiyu 12, Guiyu 9, Guiyu 11, Guiyu 18 and Guiyu 8 were used as materials, rice quality indexes under four nitrogen application rates were analyzed. The results showed that the brown rice rate and the milled rice rate increased first and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate, and their values were higher when nitrogen application was 150.0kg/ha. The chalkiness rate and chalkiness degree of the tested varieties decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate. Its lower value occured when nitrogen application was 150.0kg/ha or 187.5kg/ha. There was no significant difference in rice length and length-width ratio under nitrogen application of 150.0 and 187.5kg/ha. With the increase of nitrogen application rate, the amylose content of the tested varieties showed an upward trend, and the protein content increased significantly. The amylose content of the tested varieties reached the first-class quality standard when nitrogen application was 150.0kg/ha. In conclusion, under the experimental conditions, 150.0kg/ha was the most suitable nitrogen application rate to achieve better rice quality of the tested varieties.
