摘    要:用氯化钙液、j2B涂料、保鲜袋、聚乙烯薄膜袋等方式处理进行金冠苹果的贮藏,6个月的试验结果表明用保鲜袋,聚乙烯薄膜袋均可有效地抑制果实的水分蒸腾作用,果实表面不发生皱缩现象;此外,还可减少果实腐烂,较好地保持果实的硬度;虽然虎皮病的发生相当严重,但还是提高了果品的商品率。贮藏前用500—1500ppm浓度的BHT处理可控制虎皮病的发生。

Studies on Golden Delicious Apple for Increasing its Afterstorage Commercial Rate
Abstract:Golden delicious is one of the main cultivars of apple grown in Gansu province.The fruit quality is very good with pleasant flavour.But since the peel is very thin,the fruits shriveled a lot after storage,and the losses of quality were quite serious.We treated Golden Delicious fruits in solutions of calcium chloride or in J2B coating,or packed them in fresh—preserving bags or in common plastic bags made of 0.07mm polyethlene plasties,and stored in the simple storage building for 6 months.The results indicated that storing in fresh—preserving bag or in common plastic bags could remarkably reduce water transpiration of the fruits and the fruit did not shrivel Besides,the rate of rotted fruits could also be decreased and the flesh firmness wes well kept.Although the seald was rather serious the commercial rate of Golden Delieious afterstorage has been increased.Treating fruits with 500ppm,1000ppm and 1500ppm BHT before storage could control the scald notably,
