应用赤眼蜂防治大豆食心虫的研究

摘    要:用5种赤眼蜂接种大豆食心虫卵,筛选出寄主率高,同时又能用柞蚕剖腹卵进行扩大繁殖的蜂种——螟黄赤眼蜂。经2a田间小区罩笼寄生率调查试验和大田试验示范,结果表明放蜂量1.8~3万头/667m~2田间卵寄生率为50%~58.6%,防治效果为54.9%~67.2%。放蜂量以3万头/667m2以上为宜。

Abstract:Three experiments were carried out in Harbin. Superior population was selected by inoculating the eggs of soybean pod borer with 5 species of Trichogramma. Comparison test was carried out in the covered plots with Trichogramma chilonis coming from Guangdong, Beijing, Jilin and Heilongjiang. Experimental Example in large area was done in different population quantity using local T. chilonis. The results indicated that T. chilonis is superior race hosted in the eggs of soybean pod borer. The controlling effect of local race was better than that of external race and the difference of controlling effect was not obvious among races coming from near geography locations. The best population quantity released in the field was 0. 45 millions per ha. and the controlling effects were between 55% and 70%.
