| 摘 要： | 研究了不同C/N、培养基pH、光照和温度对北冬虫夏草C 58菌株菌丝体生长量的影响.结果表明:C 58菌株的菌丝生长最适C/N为 30∶1,最适温度为 22-24℃,最适pH为 6. 5,暗培养对菌丝生长有明显的促进作用.菌丝转色与菌代数有关.

| Abstract: | The growth increment of Cordyceps militaris (L.) Link was influenced by medium with different C/N ratio under different conditions of temperature, pH and illuminance. The results showed that the optimal C/N ratio was 30∶1, the optimal temperature was between 22 ℃ and 24 ℃, and pH was 6.5. Dark culture was best for the growth of mycelia. The trans-colour of mycelia was related to the number of generations. |
