阿克苏地区骏枣果实水分吸收变化与裂果关系研究

摘    要:为了探明骏枣裂果发生过程中的水分吸收规律,测定了枣果吸收水分的动力曲线、枣果水势日变化和季节变化。结果表明,当枣果吸水量达到饱和时,裂果现象最易发生。吸水率越高裂果率越高,门熟期和脆熟期枣果吸收水分开裂的饱和值分别为8.64%,9.86%。枣果持续吸收水分72h后。吸水牢和裂果率基本趋于稳定。门熟期骏枣果实较脆熟期更易开裂。室内浸果实验不能真实反映大田裂果的实际情况。根系吸收的水分能够输送给枣果而引起裂果的作用有限,地上部分枣果和叶片直接吸水对裂果的起主导作用,裂果的形成和降雨量多少、果实表面与水分接触时间长短有关。枣果水势日变化呈“V”字形,初步推断水势与裂果之间存在负相关.粜实水势越低裂果发生趋势越明显。

Abstract:This paper measured the moisture absorption power curve,water flow daily variation and sea- sonal variation of jujube fruit in order to find water absorption law during the whole process of Jun jujube fruit cracking.The results showed that fruit cracking phenomenon would easily occur,when absorbed water of the fruit reached the saturation value,the more jujube fruit absorbed water, the higher the fruit cracking rate.The saturation value that caused fruit cracking was 8.64%,9.86% respectively. The absorbing water rate and fruit cracking rate became stable,after the fruit absorbed water for 72 hours. The fruit cracking rate of white-mature period was higher than that of crisp ripe mature period. The test for cracking fruit in laboratory can't reflect actual conditions of cracking fruit in the field.Roots absorbed water and transported it to fruit,but this function little affected the fruit cracking.The leading role of fruit cracking was the fruits and leaves aboveground part directly absorbed water and also related with the length of fruit surface con- tacted with moisture. The diurnal variation of fruit water flow showed a V-shaped, the paperpreliminary concluded that there was a negative correlations between water flow and cracking fruit.The lowere the wa-ter flow of the fruit,the more obviously the cracking fruit occurred.
