本文以山东省农科院图书馆为例,分析了农业图书馆的读者类型,对比了纸本环境与数字化资源环境中读者的阅读需求变化,提出了网络环境下对流通工作的新要求,个性化服务水平将成为衡量用户满意的新标准,这也将成为评判一个图书馆服务优劣的标准.

An analysis of the consumers' demand in the digital resource construction

This article took the library of Shandong Academy of Agricultural Science as an example,analyzed the types of readers of the agricultural library,contrasted the differences of the readers' reading demands between the printed resource environment and the digitized resource environment,and therefore put forward the new requirements of circulation service under the network environment,that is,the level of individualized service will become the new standard of measuring the consumers' satisfaction,and that will also become a standard to judge the service level of a library.
