| 摘 要： | 研究盐胁迫对白三叶种子抗盐萌发和幼苗生长的影响,结果表明:不同浓度的NaCl胁迫下,白三叶种子的发芽势、发芽率、株高均呈下降趋势,处理和对照之间的差异达到极显著水平;盐胁迫对白三叶叶片的叶绿素含量和根系活力均有一定的影响,叶绿素含量对照与处理之间差异达到极显著水平,根系活力对照与低浓度处理差异不显著,与高浓度处理之间达到极显著水平。

| Abstract: | The effect of salt stress on Trifolium repens L.seed germination and seedling growth was studied.The result showed NaCl stress can reduce the percentage of Trifolium repens L.seed germination and so on which reached extremely significant level compared with the CK.Salt stress limited the activity of root system and reduced the content of chlorophyll of Trifolium repens L.,but the difference was not prominent different between the treatment and CK. |
