西瓜细菌性果斑病菌检测技术研究进展

摘    要:西瓜细菌性果斑病菌能引起西瓜果斑病和哈密瓜果斑病等,由于病菌危害果实而成为一种毁灭性病害,常给生产带来严重损失。对于该细菌病害,较为可行的控制措施是实行检疫控制其扩展,而这有赖于准确、快速、灵敏的检测技术的应用。该文章较为系统地综述了国内外西瓜细菌性果斑病菌的分布与危害、生物学特性及检测方法等方面的研究进展。

Abstract:Bacterial fruit blotch,caused by Acidovorax avenae subsp.citrulli,is a serious disease of cucurbit plants.A.avenae subsp.citrulli can be highly destructive under favorable conditions.Chemical treatments fail to eradicate the bacterium.Therefore,the main strategy for combating bacterial fruit blotch is the quarantine prior to planting.So,accurate,rapid and sensitive detection method is principal step to prevent and control the disease.The distribution,symptoms,biology characteristics and several methods for ...
