增氧对池塘沉积物酶活性的影响

摘    要:比较研究了微孔和机械2种增氧养殖模式下4种沉积物酶活性的动态变化,并分析了所测酶活性与养分因子的相关性。结果表明:(1)4种酶活性随水温的季节性变化较为明显,其中蛋白酶活性与脲酶活性变化呈单峰状曲线,蔗糖酶各月波动较大,过氧化氢酶活性整体呈上升趋势。(2)池塘沉积物中酶活性对不同增氧方式有明显的响应,2种增氧均可提高4...

Effects of Different Aerations on Sediment Enzymes Activity and Its Relations with Nutrients
Abstract:A comparative study on the dynamic changes of four sediment enzymatic activity and an analysis of the relationship between enzyme activity and nutrient factors were made. The results showed that : ( 1 ) the seasonal variations of four enzyme activity is relatively obvious. Protease activity and urease activity showed " single peak curves", while the soil catalase activity tended to increase in whole, and the soil invertase activity changed a lot between months. (2) Obvious response of soil enzyme activity to different aeration methods were observed. Both two aerations can increase the four soil enzyme activities, while the effect of micropore aeration is outstanding (P 〈 0. 05 ). (3) The correlations between the soil enzyme activities and soil nutrients factors were different. There was remarkably positive correlations between protease activity and organic matter (O. M), total nitrogen (TN), total alkaline, hydrolytic nitrogen and rapid available phosphorus ( P 〈 0.05 ) , between soil urease activity and total nitrogen (TN) and quick available nitrogen(P 〈0.05), as well as between catalse and total phosphorus(TP) and rapid available P(P 〈 0.05), while obvious correlations between the soil invertase activities and the nutrient factors were observed.
