摘    要: 选用锌营养特性不同的4个水稻基因型,采用HEDTA螯合缓冲营养液培养,研究了不同锌离子活度对水稻细胞膜透性的影响。结果表明,低锌离子活度会严重伤害水稻秧苗的细胞膜结构,但水稻不同基因型间存在明显差异,锌敏感基因型IR26受伤害的程度明显大于耐低锌基因型IR8192,籽粒富锌基因型碧玉早糯居前两者之间,而籽粒低锌基因型浙农921受伤害程度最低。在相同的缺锌条件下,各水稻基因型根系H+分泌量增多,耐低锌基因型IR8192的增加幅度显著大干锌敏感基因型IR26,籽粒富锌水稻基因型碧玉早糯也能够分泌较多的H+,增加

Abstract:Genotypic difference in membrane permeability in rice seedling under different Zn2 activities was studied with four different rice genotypes in Zn-efficiency (Zn-efficient genotype IR8192, Zn-inefficient genotype IR26, Zn-rich in seed genotype Biyuzaonuo, Zn-poor in seed genotype Zhenong921) grown in chelator-buffered nutrient solution. Obvious effects of different Zn2 activities on membrane permeability were observed in rice seedlings. The membrane structure of rice seedlings was seriously harmed by low Zn2 activity, but there were significantl differences among four rice genotypes. At low Zn2 activity, the membrane structure of Zn-sensitive genotype IR26 was harmed much more than that of Zn-insensitive genotype IR8192. The harmful level of Zn-rich in seed genotype Biyuzaonuo was in between the previous two genotypes. Zn-poor in seed genotype Zhenong 921 was slightestly affected. At the same Zn2 activity,Zn-insensitive genotype IR8192 excreted more H than Zn-sensitive genotype IR26, Zn-rich in seed genotype Biyuzaonuo was in between the previous two genotypes.
