应用营养水培法筛选水稻耐低钾基因型品种

摘    要:采用Yoshida营养液,其中K^+浓度为40,10,3mg/L,培育及测量28个水稻品种分蘖期株高,苗干重,根干重,经生物统计,F值检验,可准确区分和筛选1级(高),2级(中),3级(不耐)耐低钾基因型水稻品种,高耐低钾水稻品种的光合速率及呼吸速率高,气孔阻力小,孕穗期植株吸收,积累K,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe营养元素多,抽穗正常,结实率及千粒重较高,作认为采用高耐低钾基因型水稻品种作为杂交育种

Abstract:rice varieties were cumvateed using Yoshida nutrition soltion with the K+concen-trations of 40,10.3my/L.Their plant height dry weights of the ground plant part and theroot at the tillering growth stage were measured.By means of biometrics and F value test the28 rice varleties were differentiated into high,middle and low grades of genotype tolarant to Kdeficiency.The rice varieties of high grade of genotype tolarant to K deficiency have highphoto- synthetic rate,high respiratory rate,low stomatal resistance,large amounts of K,Na,Ca,Mg and Fe absorbed and accumulated in organs at the booting stage of the plant.Moreover they have normal,panicle extension,high percentage of filled grain number andlarge 1 000 grain weight.Introduction of rice varieties of high grade of genotype tolarant to Kdeficiency could be recommended to crop breeders in their breeding high-yielding rice vari.eties tolarant to K deficiency.
