不同浓度2,4-D对黄瓜种子生物活性的影响

摘    要:测定了2,4-D对黄瓜种子鲜重的抑制作用,观察处理后黄瓜种子的形态。结果表明,2,4-D对黄瓜种子鲜种的抑制作用随浓度的增加而逐渐增强,其中2.278 mg/ml对鲜种的抑制作用最强,为19.34%;0.133 mg/ml对黄瓜种子的有明显的刺激生长作用。

Abstract:The effect of 2,4-D-ethylhexyl on the restraining cucumber seed weigh was measured.At the same time,the shape of cucumber seed at the fifth day was observed.The result showed that the restraining activity to cucumber seed weigh was strengthened with the density increasing.The restraining activity reached to 19.34% and the concentration of 2.278 mg/ml had highest restraining action.The concentration of 0.133 mg/ml was with the highest seed weigh-increasing(-13.61%).
