| 摘 要： | 炭疽菌属(Colletotrichum)是一类重要的植物病原真菌,广泛分布于热带、亚热带和温带地区,可引起许多植物病害,尤其对用材林、特种经济林、苗木和果树危害较大.我国是炭疽病的重发区,每年该类病害都会造成严重的损失.

| Abstract: | Thirty one isolates of Colletotrichum spp. from different woody plants in Shaanxi province were collected and identified by morphological characteristics. Genetic diversity and phylogeny among the 31 isolates were investigated by sequence analysis based on the rDNA-ITS sequence variation,and compared with 11 relevent sequences from GenBank.
