摘    要:湖南省是红心柚重要分布区,资源丰富,分布范围广,现对其分布情况、生长特性、经济性状等进行调查研究,证明我省红心柚结果性能好,但优良类型较少,依红心柚成熟期将其分为早熟红心柚、中熟红心柚、晚熟红心柚3类,依红心柚鲜食风味分为甜红心柚、甜酸红心柚、酸红心柚。其中以甜酸红心柚最多。在资源清查的基础上,主要依据果实风味(固酸比、可溶性固形物含量、含酸量)大小、手果重、可食率、果汁率和产量,共选择出5个优良单株,可在湖南省推广发展。

Abstract:A survey of the red grandis (C. grandis) germplasm resource in Hunan province in terms of distribution, growth conditions and economic performance was conducted. Results showed that this plant is widely in the area with a good burliness, but good geographical ecotype is little. There are precocity, middle, late maturing ;The ripe special flavour is divided into Sweet , Sweet and sour , Acid red grandis in which sweet and sour is the most. On the basis of resource survey 5 plus trees fitting for extension in the neighbourhood were indentified according to fruit special flavour ,fruct size , single fluit heft , the food percentage , Fruit juice rate and yield .
