白芥抗黑腐病基因导入白菜的研究

摘    要:以免疫白菜黑腐病的白芥品种和5个白菜品种为试村,通过子房和胚珠培养技术挽救了白菜×白芥属间杂种胚,得到一批白菜×白芥杂种植株。利用离体培养叶接种法对杂种幼苗黑腐病抗性进行鉴定,获得一批对白菜黑腐病高抗或免疫的杂种株系。

Abstract:Intergeneric hybrid emryo between Brassica campestris cv.NW1,NW2,NW3,NW4,80-7 and Sinap is alba cv.J10(immunity to black rot) via ovary and ovule culture technique were rescued,and some hybrid plants of B.campestris×S.alba were obtained.Some hybrid lines of high resistance or immunity to black rot were produced according to the indentification of disease resistrance in the hybrids of B.campestris×S.alba by artificial inoculation with detached culture leaves.Thoes results indicated that genes of resistance or immunity to black rot were successfully transferred to the hybrids of B.campestris×S.alba.
