春制越年家蚕卵乙胚子冷藏方法研究

研究结果表明，春制越年家蚕卵丝乙胚子冷藏处理后，其实用孵化率〉９２．３％蚁蚕绝食致半数时数≥１１０ｈ，不良卵发生率〈１０％，发病率〈８．６％，茧质优良，产量平稳，在有效冷藏期限内随时出库催青饲育均安全可靠。

A Study on Cold Storage Procedure of Hiberating Silkworm Eggs Produced in Spring at Yi embryo Phase

The experimental results of cold storage procedure of hibernating silkworm eggs produced in spring at yi-embryo phase were as follows: The effective hatching rate was more than 92.3%; the semilethal duration of new hatched larvae was not less than 110 h; the incidence of disease and percentage of poor eggs was not more than 8.6% and 10% respectivelly; the cocoon quality was good and yield was stable.The results showed that it was realible and safe whenever the eggs were taken out and inobated during the val d period of cold storage.This procedure could meet the need of silkworm eggs in northern part of China in different seasons.At the same time,the problem of overproduction and underprodction of silkworm eggs would be solved.
