| 摘 要： | 采用二倍连续稀释法测定了茶多酚、茶氨酸、牛至油、鱼腥草4种植物提取物按正交设计组合的抑菌效果，结果四种植物提取物组合后对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌在体外都有一定程度的抑制作用；不同浓度药物组合对几种细菌的抗菌效果有差异性，表明抑菌效果与组合中的不同药物的浓度有关。

| Abstract: | The antibacterial effects of four extracts, tea polyphenols, theanine, volatile oil of origanum vulgare, and houttuynia, which were got from natural plant, were studied with the duple tube broth method. The different combination of four kinds of natural plant extracts have antibacterial effects on Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus in vivo. The different extent of antibacterial effects indicated that the antibacterial effects were correlation with drug concentration. |
