荷斯坦牛隐性乳房炎主要病原菌的耐药性试验

对新疆石河子市某奶牛场进口的澳大利亚荷斯坦牛隐性乳房炎的发病情况进行调查，同时采集部分乳样进行细菌的分离鉴定，结果发现其中主要致病菌为链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌等，并分别选取了15种常用抗生素进行了药物敏感试验。结果表明：致病菌对临床上常用的青、链霉素及磺胺类等药物均已产生不同程度的耐药性,而喹诺酮类药物则相对表现出较好的抑菌效果。

Drug Sentitive Test of the Main Pathogenic Germs Causing Holstein Subclinic Mastitis

Holstein subclinic mastitis has been investigated in dairy of Shihezi city in Xinjiang.Pathogenic bateria were isolated and identified from the milk of imported australian holstein surffered from subclinical mastitis,among them staphylococcus,occupy;streptococci,occupy;E.coli,occupy,merges to infect with of occupy,proceeded respectively the 15 strains medicine sensitivity experiment,which showed that pathogenic bacteria were resisitant to penicillin and streptomycin frequently used,while Quinolones had a fairly good inhibiting effection the pathogenic germs.
