摘    要:文章对七个优良菠菜品种进行配合力分析测定,验证了作者对菠菜品种进行育种上分类和杂种优势预测是有效的,并进一步指出11号、7号品种在许多性状上是组合育种的优良亲本;而2号品种在许多性状上既可利用其加性基因的作用,又可通过不同遗传型杂交产生极其显著的非加性基因效应,是组合育种和优势育种兼用的优良亲本。12号品种的许多性状作为组合育种并不可取,但用于优势育种,仍不失为一个优良的亲本。美国大圆叶、32号、35号品种本身表现较好,育种潜力则差于11号、27号、2号品种。

Abstract:Effect of Combinging ability of 8 important characters in 7 spinach varieties were estimated in this paper. The main results were as follows: Breeding classification and heterosis prediction on spinach variety by authors were effective.In many characters,variety 11 and 7 were good parents of combination breeding,variety 2 was good parent not only of combination breeding but also of heterosis breeding,Variety12,if used in the combination breeding was not fine, but if used in the heterosis breeding was still fine.Variety 32,35 ang American large and round leaf displayed well by themselves,but having worse breeding potentiality than 11,2 and 7.
