| 摘 要： | 鸡白细胞介素(IL-18)是一种新发现的细胞因子,其cDNA全长597 bp,编码198个氨基酸的前体多肽,分子量约为23 kDa,IL-18氨基端的29个氨基酸残基起胞内定位作用;鸡IL-18是IFN-γ诱生剂,通过IFN-γ发挥抗感染、促生长等作用,参与对微生物感染诱导产生细胞和体液免疫反应的初次免疫应答;鸡IL-18作为免疫佐剂,具有增强免疫和治疗作用,还具有抗肿瘤免疫作用。

| Abstract: | The chicken interleukin-18(ChIL-18) is a newly-found cytokine,the whole gene of which has 597 base pairs,encoding a peptide of 198 amino acide with a molecular weight of 23.0 kDa,the N-terminal 29 amino acid peptide determine intracellular distribution of ChIL-18.ChIL-18 can induce secretion of IFN-gamma which has the effection of anti-infection,promoting growth,involving in innate immune responses to microbial infection preceding the induction of both cellular and humoral immune responses.As an immune adjuvants,ChIL-18 is immunostimulator,moreover,and it can induce an effective anti-tumor immune response in chicken. |
