苏打盐碱胁迫下水稻齐穗期剑叶光合特性对CO_2浓度增强的响应

摘    要:利用LI-6400P型红外气体分析仪测定了苏打盐碱胁迫下水稻剑叶的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、羧化效率(CE)及水分利用率(WUE)对模拟CO2浓度增强的响应.结果表明:无论是盐碱胁迫(S)还是非盐碱胁迫(NS)水稻剑叶的Pn随Ci的增加而呈上升趋势,增幅趋缓,最终趋于动态平衡;盐碱胁迫使不同CO2浓度下的Pn降低,同时也降低了水稻叶片的CE,提高了水稻叶片的CO2补偿点,降低了水稻叶片的光呼吸(Rp);Gs与Tr随Ci的变化趋势基本相同,但盐碱胁迫降低了水稻叶片的Gs和Tr;无论是非盐碱(NS)还是盐碱胁迫(S)水稻叶片的WUE随Ci的升高显著增大,盐碱胁迫却加大了水稻叶片的WUE.
