摘    要:利用微卫星标记技术对朝鲜鹌鹑群体9个微卫星座位的遗传多样性进行分析,旨在为朝鲜鹌鹑遗传资源的评价、保护和利用提供新的依据。结果表明,9个微卫星座位共检测出44个等位基因,平均每个座位检测到4.89个。平均杂合度为0.7096,平均多态信息含量为0.6639,表明朝鲜鹌鹑是遗传多样性较丰富的群体。χ2检验结果表明,9个微卫星座位的基因分布均处于Hardy-Weinberg不平衡状态。

Abstract:The genetic diversity of nine microsatellite loci in Korean quails was analyzed by microsatellite marker technology in this study.The results show that a total of 44 alleles were detected and an average of 4.89 alleles was detected per loci.The average heterozygosity and polymorphic information content of the nine microsatellite loci were 0.7096 and 0.6639,respectively.The Korean quail breed had high level of genetic diversity.The gene distribution at nine microsatellite loci did not accorad with the Hardy-Weinberg law by test.
