观赏树种紫茎扦插繁殖的研究

分别采集珍稀野生观赏树种紫茎的硬枝和软枝,采用不同浓度和不同种类的激素对插穗进行处理,对扦插成活率进行统计和分析,结果表明:不使用或使用不同浓度生根剂处理后的硬枝扦插均难以成活,成活率最高不过2.2%;软枝扦插成活率相对较高,用低浓度的生根剂处理后的插穗扦插成活率最高可达28.3%,而高浓度处理的插穗扦插成活率较低,最低仅为3.3%;软枝扦插时,采用珍珠岩作为扦插基质的扦插成活率较高.

Study on the Cuttage Reproducing for Stewartia Rotrata of Ornamental Trees

Ripe and green wood branches of Stewartia rotrata from the wild and rare ornamental tree were collected,and treated the cutting slips with different consistencies and different kinds of plant hormones,and analyzed the survival rate of cuttings.Results show that,the ripe wood cuttings were hard to survival whether they used or not used root inducing powder,the survival rates more than 2.2%.The survival rates of green wood cuttings were relatively high,the survival rates of cuttings reached 28.3% which used the thin consistency of root inducing powder,while the rates were only 3.3% when used thick consistency.The survival rates of green wood cuttings were relatively high when used perlite as the base material.
