摘    要:
利用2个籼稻品种H359和Acc8558杂交产生的重组自交系群体及相应的分子标记连锁图,采用复合区间定位方法,对籼稻落粒性进行了QTL定位分析.共检测到7个QTL,分别位于第1、2、4、6、7染色体上.这些QTL对表型变异的贡献率在2.49%-9.81%之间,总体可解释39.2%的表型方差.未检测到主效基因.在7个QTL中,有6个来自H359的等位基因均使落粒率降低,这与两亲本间落粒性的差异相吻合.

Abstract:
By using a recombinant inbred line population derived from a cross between two indica rice varieties,H359 and Acc8558,and a molecular marker linkage map constructed based on the population,mapping of quantitative trait loci(QTLs) underlying shattering habit in indica rice was performed with the method of composite interval mapping.Seven QTLs were detected on chromosomes 1,2,4, 6 and 7,respectively.The proportions of phenotypic variance explained by individual QTLs ranged(2.49%-)9.81%,and the QTLs could jointly explain 39.2% of the total phenotypic variance.No major genes were found.The alleles from parent H359 in 6 of the 7 QTLs detected appeared to decrease shattering rates.This was consistent with the shattering rate difference between the two parents.
