| 摘 要： | 利用染色体常规压片法,对辽宁省产大花卷丹和卷丹百合种进行了核型研究.结果如下:①大花卷丹BH31(L.leichtlinii var.maximowiczii Baker.)核型公式为2n=4m(2SAT) 10st 10t;②卷丹BH15(L.lancifolium Thunb.)核型公式为2n=6m(3SAT) 12st 15t 3T.它们不仅在染色体数目、相对长度、臂比和次缢痕数目及其分布有区别,而且核型类型也不同.大花卷丹的核型为3A型,卷丹的核型为3B型.

| Abstract: | The karyotypes of L.leichtlinii var.maximowiczii Baker.and L.lancifolium Thunb which from Liaoning Province were studied.The results showed the karyotype equations of L.leichtlinii var.maximowiczii Baker.and L.lancifolium Thunb.was 2n=4m(2SAT) 10st 10t and 2n=6m(3SAT) 12st 15t 3T,respectively.There were differences not only in chromosome number,relative length,secondary constitution number and their distinction,but also in karyotype between them.The karyotype of L.leichtlinii var.maximowiczii Baker.was 3A,and the karyotype of L.lancifolium Thunb was 3B. |
