花生根系分泌物对根腐镰刀菌和固氮菌的化感作用研究

摘    要:采用连续收集法提取到花生植株的根系分泌物,并就花生根系分泌物对根腐镰刀菌36194和固氮菌14046的化感作用进行了初步研究。结果表明,花生根系分泌物的中性、酸性和碱性组分对根腐镰刀菌菌丝的生长均存在一定的化感促进作用,对固氮菌的生长存在一定的化感抑制作用,并随添加浓度的增加化感作用增强。中性组分的化感作用相对更强些。GC-MS分析显示中性组分共含有2,4-二甲基苯甲醛、月桂酸、豆寇酸、软酯酸、油酸、硬酯酸等6种主要成分。

Abstract:Continuous collecting method was used to get root exudates of peanut, and their allelopathy on root rot fungi (Fusarium sp. 36194) and N-fixing bacteria (Bradyrhizobium vigna 14046) was studied.  Results showed that the neutral, acidic and alkaline fractions of peanut root exudates all exhibited allelopathic promotion effects on the mycelium growth of root rot fungi (Fusarium sp.), and allelopathic inhibition effects on the growth of N-fixing bacteria (Bradyrhizobium vigna). The allelopathy was strengthened with the increase of the added concentration of root exudates, and the allelopathy of neutral fraction was relatively stronger. The 2,4-dimethylbenzaldehyde, lauric acid, tetradecanoic acid, palmitic acid, oleic acid, and stearic acid were identified from the neutral fraction through GC-MS.
