| Abstract: | The electro rheology fluid is a kind of intelligient fluid material which the viscosity can be controlled by the applied electric field. In this paper some research works have been done for the electro rheology fluid as the medium applied to torque transmission equipment, two kinds of tests for the static characteristic and mechanical characteristic of the torque transmission equipment have been carried out. The characteristic and the feasibility of the electro rheology fluid torque transmission equipment have been discussed. |
