迪卡白种公猪肢蹄病的调查与蜂胶防治报告

本文对某工厂化养猪场的迪卡白种公猪40头进行了肢蹄病的观察、诊治和预防,结果:(1)在40头种公猪中发现32头患有不同程度的肢蹄病变(占80％)。在32头患猪中严重和有跛行的9头(占28.13％),前肢肢跡病17头(占53.13％),后肢肢蹄病29头(占90.63％);(2)所检出的肢蹄病按其发生部位和病变不同,共有26种之多。其中在蹄趾(指)部位的病变有蹄壁磨损、蹄踵腐损、蹄踵青肿、趾(指)间腐烂、趾(指)间增殖、蹄裂、假性蹄裂、趾(指)底腐损、蹄冠脓肿、白绒病等20种。在肢体关节部位的病变有腕关节皮肤磨损、感染化脓与关节炎、附关节皮肤磨损、化脓与关节炎等6种;(3)发病的主要因素是猪栏环境与地面的质地不良直接引起患部的磨损。继发感染的主要病原菌为坏死梭状杆菌和化脓棒状杆菌;(4)在防治方面采取以蜂胶为主的综合防治措施效果良好。

THE INVESTIGATION ON LIMB-HOOF DISEASES OF DEKLB STOCK BOAR AND THE REPORT ON THE PREVENTION AND CURE USING PROPOLIS

The Limb-hoof diseases of 40 Dekelb boars on one breeding swine farm were observed, diagnosed, treated and prevented. The results were: (1) 32 in 40 boars had lesious of limb-hoof diseases in different degrees (accounting for 80%), 9 in 32 boars suffering from limb-hoof disease had serious lesions and lamed (accounting for 28.13%), 17 had front limb-hoof diseases (accounting for 53.13%), 29 had hind limb-hoof diseases (accounting for 90.63%). (2)According to the positions and lesions of limb-hoof diseases, 26 kinds of limb-hoof diseases in toes of fingers; were found, including 20 kinds of hoof diseases, such as wear of hoof wall, rottenness and wear of hoof heel, blue swelling of hoof heel, rotenness among toes of fingers, interdigital hyperplasia, hoof split, false hoof split, putridity on bottom of toe or finger, abscess of hoof coronal and white line disease, 6 kinds of limb disease in joints of limbs, such as wear, infection and suppuration of skin on wrist joint, wear and suppuration of skin on hock joint and arthritis. (3) The main factor of the disease development was the bad condittion of the ground in the pig pen. It directly led to wear and infection. The main pathogenic bacteria of secondry infection were Fusobacterium Necrophorum and Coryncbacterium Pyogenes. (4) For prevention and cure of the limb-hoof diseases, taking synthetical measures with propolis as a main drug was effectual.
