| 摘 要： | 采取成都某猪场7头病猪料，经PCR检测后，有4头呈PCV-2阳性。以PCV-2阳性病料接种PK-15猪肾传代细胞，经分离和鉴定，获得PCV-2成都株。该猪场同时流行猪附红细胞体病，存在PCV-2和E．suis的混合感染。 |

| Abstract: | Seven samples from a farm in Chengdu were collected to detect PCV-2 by means of PCR, four of them were proved to be positive. PCV-2 Chengdu strain was obtained from PK-15 porcine kidney passage cells, which vaccinated by the positive samples. Meanwhile, there was porcine eperyhrozoonosis at this farm, existing combined infection of PCV-2 and E.suis. |
