摘    要:[目的]研究施氮量与小油菜叶片硝酸盐含量的关系,控制小油菜叶片硝酸盐含量。[方法]利用盆栽试验,研究不同施氮水平对小油菜叶片中硝酸盐含量的影响,采用比色法测定小油菜叶片中的硝酸盐含量。[结果]随着氮肥施用量的增加,小油菜叶片中硝酸盐含量增加。[结论]为减少硝酸盐含量的积累,应适当控制氮肥用量。

Effects of Nitrogen Levels on Yield and Nitrate Accumulation of Chinese Cabbage's Leaf

Abstract:[ Objective ] The relationship between the amount of nitrogen application and nitrate content in Chinese cabbage leaf was studied to control nitrate content in rape leaves. [ Method] Potted experiments were used to study the influence of nitrogen intensive gradient on the ni- trate content in Chinese cabbage. [ Result] The nitrate content in stalk and leaf of Chinese cabbage was increased accordingly with the nitro- gen fertilizer increasing. [ Conclusion] To reduee nitrate content, the application amount of nitrogen fertilizer should be controlled.
