摘    要:研究了在室温条件下,季也蒙假丝酵母对‘白花’水蜜桃采后保鲜品质的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,季也蒙假丝酵母对水蜜桃有明显的保鲜效果,50mL菌液/1000mL无菌水的保鲜效果最好;100mL菌液/1000mL无菌水和25mL菌液/1000mL无菌水对水蜜桃保鲜效果好于对照组。季也蒙假丝酵母菌作为工程菌容易获得,相对安全。

Abstract:Candida guilliermondii was used to protect the White Flower honey peach grown in Fenghuang town Zhangjiagang city during room temperature. The results showed that compared with contract, the 50 mL yeast liquid diluted into 1 000 mL aquae sterilisata had the supreme functions, while the other two concentrations, which were 100 mL yeast liquid diluted into 1 000 mL aquae sterilisata and 25 mL yeast liquid diluted into 1 000 mL aquae sterilisata were better than the contrast. Besides antagonist was a kind of reality safety preparation which was easy to get, effective and pollution-free bio-preservation.
