| 摘 要： | 分子生物学技术中的分子标记技术、基因工程技术是林木遗传育种研究的关键。分子标记技术可使树种的群体遗传结构和遗传变异研究具有可操作性,而基因工程技术可从各种生物材料中分离提取到更有效的抗性基因,进而改良现有林木品种,满足生态环境建设和木材生产的需求。

| Abstract: | Biotechnology plays an important role in the present forest heredity breeding research,and it is of great significance for genetic improvement in forest trees.This article summarized the applications DNA molecular marker and gene engineering in genetic improvement in forest trees.Meanwhile,the existing problems and outlook about the applications of modern biotechnology to genetic improvement in forest trees are also discussed. |
