| 摘 要： | 发展农民专业合作组织,提高农民组织化程度,是在现有制度框架下加快推进农业产业化和现代化进程的现实选择。本文以河南省漯河市一家农民专业合作组织为例,对政府如何从资金等方面对农民专业合作组织给予支持进行了探讨,认为选择有发展潜力的农民专业合作组织及其发展的关键环节,采用市场经济的方式予以扶持,是充分发挥政府职能的关键。 |

This paper explores how the government supports the peasant special cooperative organizations with fund based on the the practice of a cooperative organization and consider that the key of government support is to help those potential organizations and their vital process. |
