| 摘 要： | 目的]比较乌桕、枫杨和柳杉乙醇提取液灭螺活性。方法]采用室内浸杀钉螺试验,测定了乌桕、枫杨和柳杉乙醇提取液灭螺活性。结果]乌桕、枫杨和柳杉均具有一定的灭螺效果,其中乌桕和柳杉灭螺效果相差不大,而枫杨的灭螺效果较差;采用乙醇能较好地提取植物的有效灭螺成分,比植物的水浸液灭螺效果要好。结论]为生态抑螺植物材料的筛选提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | Objective] The aim was to compare the molluscicide activity of ethanol extract of Sapium sebiferum,Pterocarya stenoptera and Cryptomeria fortunei.Method] The molluscicide activity of ethanol extract of S.sebiferum,P.stenoptera and C.fortunei was determined through poison test of Oncomelania hupensis in laboratory.Result] S.sebiferum,P.stenoptera and C.fortunei had certain molluscicide effect,and S.sebiferum and C.fortunei had better effect with little difference than P.stenoptera;ethanol could extract the effective molluscicide component from plant more completely,and its molluscicide effect was better than that of plant infusion.Conclusion] Our study could provide theory reference for the plant selection of controlling O.hupensis ecologically. |
