| 摘 要： | 老子哲学强调“自然无为”和以“不为”的手段达到“为”的效果、“治”的目的。封山育林、自然保护区建设和生态公益林建设,是研究我国现代生态林业建设及其发展动态的三个重要领域和视角,都实现了“自然无为”和“为”与“不为”的辩证统一,体现了对老子“自然无为”哲学的回归。

| Abstract: | Laozi's philosophy in pre-Qin dynasty emphasizes the principle of zi ran wu wei,and the means of bu wei,by which achieving the same effects of wei,and the target of zhi.The paper proposes that,fengshan yulin(closing hillsides to facilitate afforestation),nature reserve construction and public good forest construction,are three important fields and view angles in the researches of modern ecoforestry construction of China,and are practices demonstrating return to Laozi's philosophy by realizing dialectical unity of zi ran wu wei,and wei or bu wei.Laozi's philosophical thinking such as dao fa zi ran,wei wu wei,is important for the practices in managing and utilizing forest resources,and accomplishing sustainable development of forestry. |
