| 摘 要： | 油菜的品质除受基因型控制外，环境因素对其影响也很大。综合了国内外大量的研究结果，论述了主要环境条件对油菜品质的影响，以期为油菜品质调控研究提供一些参考。主要包括：（1）生态因素对油菜主要品质的影响；（2）土壤因素与矿质营养对油菜主要品质的影响；（3）主要农艺措施对油菜主要品质的影响；（4）环境因素与油菜籽粒色泽的关系。

| Abstract: | The quality of rapeseed was not only controlled by its genotype but also affected by some environmental factors. The paper reviewed the history and recent advance on those, mainly including (1) the effects of ecological factors on the main quality characters of rapeseed; (2) the effects of soil factors and nutrition elements on the main quality characters of rapeseed; (3) the effects of some agricultural management on the main quality characters of rapeseed; (4) the relationship between some environmental factors and the seed color of rapeseed. The author also gave some advice on the study of rapeseed quality. |
