| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善,农业科研事业单位财务管理的客观环境、管理目标和管理内容发生了深刻变化。该文立足农业科研事业单位资源配置,以专题形式重点研究当前财务管理中制约配置效率的主要问题,探讨了农业科研事业单位财务管理创新的主要措施。

| Abstract: | With the establishment and improvement of the socialist market economy, the financial management environment, objectives and contents in agricultural scientific research institution changed a lot. On the basis of the allocation of resources in agricultural scientific research institutions, this paper studied the main problems restricting current fund allocation efficiency, and discussed innovation measures for financial management in the agricultural scientific research institution. |
