摘    要:以转玉米磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶基因(PEPC)水稻(PC)、未转基因野生型水稻(Kitaake)、H137和JAAS45为材料,在移栽前24 h接入植物内生真菌B3的菌液,在大田栽培条件下,研究了不同施纯氮量150.0kg/hm~2(LN)、187.5 kg/hm~2(MN)、225.0 kg/hm~2(HN)]对供试水稻植株在返青期、分蘖期、拔节期和开花后的生长和生理指标及产量构成因子的影响.结果表明:与CK+HN(未施B3且施人225.0 kg/hm~2)相比,B3+HN处理供试水稻返青期叶片生长较快,分蘖较多,拔节期干物质累积较快,从而表现产量增加;而在B3+MN处理中,B3通过增加分蘖与维持叶片光合功能而使供试水稻与对照产量相近,保持产量相对稳定,表明水稻施用B3可以起到减少田间纯氮施入量的效果.

Abstract:Using the PEPC transgenic rice (PC), untransformed wild type rice ( Kiaake), H137 and JAAS 45 rice plants as materials, the seedlings of rice plants were treated by adding endophytic fungus B3 for 24 h and transplanted in the field. The growth and physiological indexes of the rice plants were determined at seedling stage ,tillering stage,jointing stage and heading stage at different nitrogen fertilizer application rates 150. 0 kg/hm~2 ( LN ), 187.5 kg/hm~2 ( MN ), 225.0kg/hm~2 (HN) ]. The yield components in rice were also studied after harvesting. The results showed that,as compared with the control ,CK + HN ,more leaves at seedling stage,more tillers and more dry weight at jointing stage in the rice plant under B3 + HN treatment appeared and also high yields of these rice were exhibited in the field. In B3 + MN treatment, stable yield was kept, which were related to more tillers and higher P_n. It suggested that the treatment of B3 in rice plant substitute partially the nitrogen fertilizer in the field.
